We have selected the local variety of Lefkas “Vardea”, with a mixing with “Chlori” and “White Vartzamo”. The fermentation is absolutely natural and the wine spends a small period of time in oak barrels.

A limited number of bottles with pure, traditional wine and characteristics, such as its golden color, gifted by the soil of our island, Lefkas.

It ideally escorts seafood – white meat – cheese – fruit. Served in 12 – 14 degrees C.
