"Siflogo" Lefkas Local Wine Workshop - Open to public

Our small workshop was designed and built on the ground floor of our residence, combining tradition with modern winery technology.

In our stone built underground cellars we provide the best conditions for our wines to age inside selected oak French barrels. In this way, we avoid the use of preservatives or other chemical additives. There is no intervention or artificial regulation of certain typical components (color – acidity – flavor – bouquet).

Our workshop is open to the public only after phone arrangement. In this way, you can visit the production site and our cellars, while you can taste our wines in a specially designed underground area…
